She has painted with an audience for most of her life: schools, a shelter, live shows, shop windows, and the front of a frame shop where a piece is always on the easel.
Amanda Rogers has run the bench at Barry Framing in San Antonio for ten years, and the murals never stopped. Theme parks and stages before that. Three of the rooms on this page were painted while she was expecting. Her mark, the panda with one teal ear, was drawn in 2017 and still fits.
Exterior and interior murals. Lettering and logo walls. Kids' rooms. Stencil, plaster and faux finishes. Ceilings. Trompe-l'oeil. Theme park and stage scenery. Training simulations. Sculpture and props. Oil and watercolor. Painted boots. Custom framing. If it holds still, she'll paint it. If it doesn't exist yet, she'll build it first.

San Antonio Magazine put her stencil wall on the cover. Great Rooms, September 2011:
The magazine credited the designer. The wall was hers.a richly hand-painted and stenciled wall in hues of aqua and turquoise.
Seen on Instagram the week Brooklyn Square went up.
Love, love, love seeing more beautiful street art.
Tell her about it. A photo helps. She'll tell you what's possible, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Houses. Offices. Schools. Restaurants. Clinics. Stages. Ceilings. Boots.

It's in Amanda's inbox. She'll write back.
Weekdays she runs the bench at Barry Framing in San Antonio. Ten years of custom framing, if the piece needs that too.
